LAGOM’s (“we”, “us”, “our”) website (“our site”) www.iamlagom.com and related services are made available to you in accordance with the below Terms & Conditions. Please make sure you read and fully understand our Terms & Conditions before placing any orders with LAGOM. If you are using a guardian’s credit or debit card to make a purchase you must let your guardian know about our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before subscribing and/or signing up to our site.

To make a purchase on our website you are not required to register. You can proceed to checkout, as a visitor should you not wish to open an account. To be able to use some of the services and features you will need to create an account. To be notified of any promotional offers, discounts and/or special events, you will need to subscribe to our newsletter. You do not need to create an account to subscribe to our newsletter, but can opt to do so once you have created an account and have signed in.
When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure. You must notify customercare@iamlagom.ro immediately of any breaches in security or unauthorized use of your account.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the details of your order. This e-mail is NOT an acceptance of your order, just an acknowledgement that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and LAGOM will be completed when we e-mail you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we do not obtain authorization for payment; that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; or that the item ordered is out of stock.

We may refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason, or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the website at any time, whether or not that particular product has been sold out.

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products.
However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
In order to make purchases through the website, you are required to provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide your payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct. Our site is only available for use to individuals who meet our terms of eligibility and who have been issued with a valid debit/credit card.
Pricing Policy
The prices are indicated in LEI including VAT. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office. As the customer and importer of the goods, you will be responsible for these charges. Import duties or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the appointed forwarder. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. LAGOM is not responsible for any delays on goods that have been held back as a result of procedures carried out by your local customs authorities.

On LAGOM’s website there is a feature of viewing prices in LEI and EUR via the currency converter tab within the shop section of the website. The product prices in currencies other than in LEI are only indicative. The rates used will vary and depend on the spot rates applied by your credit card/account provider.

Any item(s) marked final sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit or exchange.
Promotions Policy
➝ If there is a free gift with purchase, it cannot be returned alone - it must be sent back as a whole order.
➝ If there is a coupon code promotion, the coupon code must be added in your basket at check out.
➝ You cannot use more than 1 coupon code or promotion at the same time.
➝ Promotions may be altered, suspended or withdrawn by us at any time.

By card
Payments can be made with Visa and Mastercard cards and are processed via EuPlatesc, a 3D-secure payment gateway provider. For more information on EuPlatesc, please refer to www.euplatesc.ro.

When you proceed with making your online purchase, select Online Payment as a method of payment you will be transferred to the EuPlatesc site where your transaction will be processed. You do not need a EuPlatesc account and there is no additional cost to you. For more information about EuPlatesc, please access www.euplatesc.ro.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to LAGOM, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Furthermore, we take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

By Cash on Delivery
Payments in Cash are only available in Romania and are processed by SameDay, DHL, and/or GLS depending on your location. Also, a delivery processing fee of 5 lei is applied at the checkout.
National deliveries
LAGOM will dispatch your order within 1-5 days of receipt of payment details – excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock.

Once your order has shipped you can expect it to take between 1-3 business days to arrive to you! Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for order processing during sale periods. LAGOM is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.
All online orders are dispatched in a unbranded package for a discreet delivery.

Deliveries are sent with SameDay, DHL, and/or GLS for Romania, free of charge for orders over 350 RON. We use DPD, UPS and/or DHL for international deliveries, in this case shipping costs are supported by you. The shipping cost vary upon shipping country and number of items ordered. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a dispatch confirmation with the tracking number from us, together with details on how to track your order. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and pre-festive days.
International Deliveries
LAGOM will dispatch your order within 1-5 days of receipt of payment details – excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock.

Once your order has shipped you can expect it to take between 3-6 business days to arrive to you! Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for order processing during sale periods. LAGOM is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.

Please note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and LAGOM is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or exchange it within 14 days of receipt. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to receive and process returned items. The return must be made by form and we will not make refunds to a third party. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach LAGOM.

In return, you must return the product(s) to us in a new and unused condition, with the original label and tags and in the original packaging. Please contact us before returning any goods. In case of dispute, we recommend you retain proof of return.

LAGOM will contact you within 5 days (with the exception of weekends and public holidays) of receipt of the returned goods. A refund (less shipping costs) will be issued subject to the returned goods meeting the conditions listed above. If you have paid via EuPlatesc any transactional charges that might apply will not be refunded as these charges are levied by EuPlatesc and not LAGOM.

Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Shipping costs to send back the goods are charged to the customer only for international orders. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
